With over three decades of legal experience, Marc C. Rosenberg has been a dedicated advocate for insured individuals and businesses since 1994. Marc has successfully assisted thousands of clients with insurance claims and lawsuits against major insurance companies. In addition to being a practicing attorney, Marc has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for 35 years. He leverages this expertise to assist property owners in obtaining property tax reassessments. This is also applicable for properties damaged or destroyed as a result of the Los Angeles wildfires.

Marc’s expertise and experience spans across the entire claims process. From the initial filing, to representing clients in trials against insurance carriers and utility companies. He has the experience and expertise required to handle a wide range of claims. This includes property loss, business interruption insurance, loss of rents, and loss of use. Marc has also positioned his practice to file inverse condemnation claims, should utility companies be found liable for catastrophic damages.
